January 17, 2012YEREVAN. – Governor Suren Khachatryan of Armenia’s Syunik Region is preparing to build two hydro power plants (HPP) in Tsav village of Kapan city, 168 Zham daily writes.
“According to Tsav residents, the Basuta River, where an HPP is already built, passes through the village. The residents could not state the name of that HPP’s proprietor, but they said they would protest if new HPPs were to be build,” 168 Zham writes.
