YEREVAN. – “Even though the Government [of Armenia] has launched—upon [President] Serzh Sargsyan’s instruction—structural changes, our sources inform that the appointment—perhaps the reappointment—of the PM will be the primary—if not, the sole—staff appointment following the [President’s] inauguration on April 9,” Hraparak daily reports, and adds:

“Serzh Sargsyan recorded among close circles that the changes will be radical, but they are waiting for the end of the [capital city Yerevan] mayor’s election [which is slated for May 5] when the political arena will finally become clear.

And the actual ‘reforms’ and the staff shifts will get underway in fall, as of September.
