“It is true that they spoke about the parliamentary majority’s demeanor during the discussion of the CC [i.e., Control Chamber] report [on the misuse of the state budget], but [President and RPA leader] Serzh Sargsyan did not make very harsh criticisms [to the parliamentary majority].
“Sargsyan solely said when speaking it is necessary to give an account of what was said and not to make redundant phrases. ‘Don’t fall under the influence of the moment!’ [he said].
“He also stated that it would be good if the RPA members follow his words closely and form their future speeches within the framework of the common view.
“But RPA did not formally announce about party reprimands, dismissals,” Zhoghovurd writes.
