YEREVAN. – According to a reliable source close to the US Embassy in Armenia, Washington is very dissatisfied with the work of Ambassador John Heffern, Iravunk daily reports.   

“He was unable to prevent Armenia’s entry into the [Russian-led] Customs Union, and after this decision by the Armenian President, he completely failed to organize a resistance against it.   

“Our source says that, in all possibility, Heffern will quit from his position in the second half of May,” Iravunk writes.
