YEREVAN. – Non-pro-government Prosperous Armenia Party MP Aragats Akhoyan recently defeated, at the Court of Cassation, US citizen Hrach Nerses Kaprielian, Hraparak daily reported.

“[Kaprielian is a] major shareholder of Artsakhbank, president of Ararat football club, and a shareholder of the [Franck Muller] Swiss watch factory. 

“The MP and the businessman are in trials and tribulations for many years, since the businessman was attempting to take possession of the 20-percent shares—belonging to the MP’s wife—of the Itarco Construction CJSC, which belongs to Akhoyan’s family,” Hraparak wrote.
