YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will travel to Austria this week, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reported.

“Sargsyan’s visit [to Austria] is official.

“The last time Serzh Sargsyan was in Austria was on November 19 of last year, when he had a meeting with [Azerbaijani President] Ilham Aliyev. And during the work meeting on that day, the Austrian president [Heinz Fischer] had invited him to Austria on an official visit in June 2014.

“[And] in January of this year, Fischer had reconfirmed the invitation during a brief conversation with Armenia’s Ambassador to Austria Arman Kirakossian,” Haykakan Zhamanak wrote.
