YEREVAN. – Alvina Gyulumyan, who is Armenia’s judge at the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), and who gets a monthly salary of €13,000 in this capacity, will soon return to Armenia as Constitutional Court judge, and she will receive a monthly salary of about 850,000 drams (approx. $2,080), Haykakan Zhamanak daily reported. 

“But so far no candidate has formally been nominated for the contest announced for becoming a member of the European Court in her stead.

“But this is a deceptive indifference, and there definitely will be candidates in the coming days,” Haykakan Zhamanak wrote.
