YEREVAN. – The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) fall session will start on September 29 in Strasbourg, France, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reported.

“The [Armenian National Assembly] NA Public Relations Department formally informed that the Armenian delegation will travel to Strasbourg with its full—primary and alternate—composition.  

“To note, during the PACE session, which is slated until October 3, it may be decided as to who will become Armenia’s [new] judge at the European Court of Human Rights, provided, of course, the [respective]Armenia contest ends before that, and Armenia manages to send the names of its three candidates to Strasbourg, Haykakan Zhamanak wrote.
