YEREVAN. – A total of 51,954 people have left and not returned to Armenia, via capital city Yerevan’s Zvartnots and Gyumri’s Shirak airports, in the first nine months of this year, Zhoghovurd daily reported. 

“The negative difference was 43,224 during the same period the previous year.

“Thus, we can state that the number of people who have left and not come back to Armenia has increased by more than 20 percent in three quarters of this year, as compared to last year.

“[And] this number will continue to grow, whereas the Armenian leadership will continue to deny the existence of emigration,” Zhoghovurd wrote.
