YEREVAN. – Chorrord Ishkhanutyun daily has learned that the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia will convene a special session on December 15, the daily reported.
“Our well-informed sources have conveyed that the government will make such a proposal.
“At Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, several bills are expected to be recognized urgent, also, it will be decided to invite a special NA session, [and] pursuant to Article 70 of the Constitution.
“It is believed that the bills, which had not passed during voting at the previous four-day [session of the parliament], will be deliberated on during the [expected] special session,” Chorrord Ishkhanutyun wrote.
