YEREVAN. – The Principal of Yerevan State Linguistic University (YSLU) after Valery Bryusov Suren Zolyan responded to Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan’s order on his dismissal on Tuesday.

In his response Suren Zolyan mentiones that he is obliged not to fulfill Armen Ashotyan’s order according to the 5th part of the RA Code’s 15th article on ‘State non-commercial organizations’.

“I want to remind that, the Principal of YSLU is elected by the council of YSLU and the decision is confirmed by the government thus I would advise to hence follow the law on Legal Acts to escape further violations,” Suren Zolyan mentions in his response.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, on the order of Armenia’s Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan, the Principal of Yerevan State Linguistic University after Valery Bryusov, Suren Zloyan, was dismissed from his post on Tuesday.
