YEREVAN. – Police launched examination on Tuesday after Teghut security employees cruelly beat three residents of the Teghut village. As a result, head of the security service Samvel Davtyan, 42, is wanted by the police.
The victims are given forensic-medical certificates. The owner of the Teghut mine Ruben Papoyan has dismissed Davtyan and his assistant Arthur Grigoryan.
