The founder of American Music Awards Dick Clark died at the age of 82 on Wednesday,his agent informed said.
The TV shows, including “Pyramid” made Dick Clark famous.
Clark founded one of the prestigious music awards American Music Awards in 1970s, which has become the national example of Grammy.
