On January 12, 2010, the RA Constitutional Court will discuss the constitutionality of the Armenian-Turkish protocols, Hovhannes Papikyan, Secretary of the RA Constitutional Court told NEWS.am. He reported that Judge Vladimir Hovhannisyan will be the keynoter. He personally discussed the protocols and presented his opinion to CC Chairman Gagik Harutyunyan.

We would remind the readers that RA President Serzh Sargsyan submitted the Armenian-Turkish protocols to the RA Constitutional Court for it to confirm their constitutionality. Thereafter the protocols are to be submitted to the RA Parliament for ratification.
