Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, by deciding not to go to Kazakhstan for the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) summit, has signaled his priorities, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk told reporters.
“The fact that he [i.e. Pashinyan] will not be there [in Kazakhstan for the EAEU summit] is already a certain signal about how he arranges his priorities,” the Russian deputy premier said.
