The following election violations have been recorded as of 9:30am in Armenia’s parliamentary elections Sunday.
In Vanadzor’s electoral precinct 23/51, there may have been movement behind one polling station, and voting can be observed through the window behind another.
In Yerevan’s Kanaker-Zeytun district electoral precinct 3/13, the ballot box is placed in front of the door.
Also, an attempt at open voting took place at the same polling station.
There are discrepancies at electoral precinct 9/51 in Yerevan’s Kentron administrative district. The names of voters and their corresponding numbers do not match, RFE/RL reported. The names of 10 citizens who came to this polling station were written opposite the numbers provided by the device, but the names of other people were written next to the numbers.
In Vanadzor’s electoral precinct 23/58, a police officer took out ballots with him after voting. The electoral precinct’s commission has recorded the incident.
A violation occurred at electoral precinct 24/37 of the Mets Ayrum settlement of the enlarged community of Alaverdi, the Free Vote observation mission reports. The police officer was in the voting room until 08:00.
A transparent cloth was hanging behind the violated voting booth in Yerevan’s Shengavit district electoral precinct 8/9, from which the inside of the voting booth is visible.
