Twenty-two countries, including the US and several European states, have accused Iran of carrying out attacks on their territories.

"Attempts to kill, kidnap, harass, intimidate, or otherwise attack people on our soil undermine national sovereignty and international norms. These actions must stop immediately. We commend the work of countries to counter these activities, and we are together resolved to undertake further measures to halt them," a joint statement issued on Thursday said.

Germany, Albania, Australia, Belgium, the UK, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and the US have called on Tehran to stop the attacks.

The statement said Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' intelligence services and its foreign operations branch, the Quds Force, had engaged in "lethal plotting and malign actions" against Iranian dissidents, journalists, and Jewish and Israeli communities and interests.

These countries have accused Tehran of orchestrating a campaign of attacks across Europe, attributed to the Iran-linked Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya—translated as “The Islamic Movement of the People of the Right Hand.” This movement has previously claimed responsibility for attacks on Jewish communities and arson attacks on synagogues in the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
