Aram Vardevanyan, a representative of the Strong Armenia Alliance, on Friday filed a petition with the Constitutional Court to invalidate the results of the June 7 National Assembly (parliament) elections. Marianna Ghahramanyan, the spokesperson for the Strong Armenia party, informed this on Facebook.

“The Alliance, based on the massive and organized electoral violations organized by the [incumbent Armenian] authorities, demands to invalidate the decision No. 258-A of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia dated June 14, 2026 “On the results of the June 7, 2026 elections of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia” and to invalidate the results of the elections, or to schedule a second round of elections,” Ghahramanyan added.
