On June 19, 2026, the State Interest Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a motion to the Ministry of Environment and the "Sevan National Park" SNCO to take measures toward terminating the agreement concluded on March 19, 2008, between the "Sevan National Park" SNCO and "SP" company, which had granted development rights over a state-owned plot of land measuring 3,000 sq.m.

According to information provided to the Prosecutor General's Office by the "Sevan National Park" SNCO, the aforementioned area has been fully submerged in water since 2011, and the agreement is recorded within the SNCO as terminated. At the same time, according to information received from the Cadastre Committee, it was found that no state registration of the agreement's termination had been carried out.

Based on the Prosecutor General's Office's motion, the "Sevan National Park" SNCO submitted an application to the Cadastre Committee for the purpose of carrying out the state registration of the termination of the rights arising from the development agreement.

According to a certificate issued by the Cadastre Committee on July 22, 2026, the rights arising from the development agreement for the 3,000 sq.m. plot of land have been terminated through state registration.
