US President Donald Trump believes that in the situation with Iran, the US is helping the Middle East, Israel, and itself.

“We’re [i.e. the US] doing that not for any other reason, or at least 99%, we’re doing it to help the Middle East, we’re doing it to help Israel, and we’re doing it to help ourselves,” Trump said at an event in the Rose Garden of the White House, referring to the Iran conflict.

Also, the US president again expressed the opinion that Iran would like to destroy Israel, then the Middle East, and then come after Europe and some US cities.

Speaking about the recent new US strikes on Iran, Trump noted that the US had hit a lot.

At the same time, he is convinced that Tehran's affairs are bad.

Iran is doing very badly, so it's just a matter of time, the US president said.
