Between July and August 2026, Dimension investment company successfully completed corporate bond placements for six Armenian companies. The issues, totalling AMD 8.8 billion, were placed in full and significantly ahead of their originally scheduled closing dates.

The issuers represent a range of sectors, from agribusiness and healthcare to infrastructure construction, industrial production and retail. They include brands widely recognised by the public. The sectoral diversity of the placements enables investors to participate, through the capital markets, in the development of different segments of the real economy, while giving companies access to alternative sources of financing and a broader range of funding instruments.

“We believe these transactions make an important contribution to the development of Armenia’s capital markets and to fostering a new culture in the financial market. Entering the capital markets requires a higher level of financial transparency and accountability, the engagement of independent auditors, and the implementation of appropriate corporate governance mechanisms. These standards strengthen confidence in individual companies and, more broadly, contribute to a more transparent and institutionalised business environment.

In this context, the Government’s “State Support Programme for Issuance and Rating” has played a particularly important role. The support provided under the programme has reduced the cost for companies of accessing the capital market and served as an effective incentive for attracting issuers and supporting the market’s further development.
