Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Ruben Rubinyan, on Tuesday received the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and head of the China-Armenia Friendship Group of Chinese parliament, Lou Qinjian.

The development and expansion of bilateral ties between Armenia and China were discussed at the meeting, the NA informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. The high level of relations between the two countries was emphasized with satisfaction. The opportunities for interparliamentary cooperation were also touched upon.

The interlocutors discussed as well the prospects for developing bilateral cooperation, and underscored the full use of the existing potential in education, culture and trade, and the deepening of cooperation in new directions.
