YEREVAN.- The opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) continues discussions on participation in the 2013 presidential elections, ANC MP Lyudmila Sargsyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

All the parties, member of the ANC, are determined to strengthen the bloc and actively participate in political life of the country.

“We realize ANC’s role in internal policy,” she emphasized.

Asked about nomination of another candidate, Sargsyan said the format of participation is being debated.

Earlier this week the ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan announced his intention not to run in presidential elections.
