YEREVAN. – Armenian capital city Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan considers all political parties and candidates, which will run in the May 5 mayoral election, to be his challengers. Margaryan said this to several news reporters on Monday, following his visit to Yerevan’s Komitas Pantheon.
“Elections suggest that if they are candidates, all are considered competitors,” the Yerevan Mayor noted.
To the query as to whether he truly believes that he will come in first place in the aforesaid voting, he responded that the election results will show.
In Margaryan’s words, they carried their work over the course of the past four years, they will present their programs during the election campaign, and the Yerevan residents will decide who will come in first place.
