Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu answered journalists’ questions on Armenia-Turkey Protocols after the meeting with his Greek counterpart.
Ahmet Davutoglu noted that both Armenia and Turkey faced difficulties with the Protocols, but they should be overcome. “We believe that our relations with Armenia will be settled in the frames of peace concept. We have always had this concept, which is unchanged. Both sides faced difficulties in normalization process, but we should jointly try to bridge them together. Feridun Sinirlioglu held positive and critical meetings in Yerevan. Tomorrow he goes to Baku to convey a special letter and a message. We believe that normalization of relations with Armenia will comply with the letter and spirit of the Protocols,” Davutoglu said.
