The person who died, as a result of the accident on the Vanadzor-Spitak motorway, was Vanadzor city resident Artur Karapetyan, who was born in 1991.    

Karapetyan was alone in the vehicle, informs the Armenian News-NEWS.am Lori regional reporter.

After going off road, the car had rolled over into a field. The driver had fallen out of the automobile and died on the spot.

Officers from Lori Regional Road Police are dispatched to the scene.   

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, the Rescue Service of Armenia received a call informing that a road accident occurred, on Thursday at around 8:30am, nearby Nor Khachakap village of Lori Region, a person had died, and assistance was needed. A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene. It was found out that an Opel Astra had gone off road, on the Spitak-Vanadzor motorway, and turned over. The firemen and rescue workers found the dead body of the 22-year-old driver ten meters away from the vehicle.
