Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan accused Israel of graver crimes against Arabs, than Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir committed in Darfur.

Erdogan said he prefers to meet with Bashir, rather than discuss civilians’ killings with Israeli Premier Benjamin Netanyahu. Turkish Premier said he does not believe Sudanese President committed the crimes he is incriminated. “I can’t comfortably talk about this [Gaza] with [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu, but I can comfortably talk with Omar Bashir and tell him to his face ‘what you’re doing is wrong’,” he said, according to Turkish Zaman. In addition, Erdogan does not believe that Sudanese police perpetrated massacres against Darfur residents.

According to Turkish Zaman daily, Turkey does not recognize The Hague International Court decision, that this March held to arrest Sudanese President.
