French President Nicolas Sarkozy familiarized himself with the address of RA President Serzh Sargsyan on suspension of Armenia-Turkey normalization process.

Sarkozy welcomed Armenian President’s decision, confirming the readiness to normalize Armenia-Turkey relations in defiance of difficulties, the parties encountered in the ratification of accords, signed in Zurich on October 10, 2009, French Presidential website reads.

French President urged Armenian and Turkish authorities to continue the dialogue and redouble efforts into the implementation of Armenia-Turkey Protocols, which will become a significant contribution in establishing peace and security in the region.
