YEREVAN. – Now former Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan carried out numerous unlawful acts, and he will answer for them one day.

Opposition Armenian National Congress bloc National Assembly Faction member Lyudmila Sargsyan said the aforementioned at a press conference on Friday.

“For me Tigran Sargsyan is a person who, aside from being discredited because of his unlawful dealings, attempted to undermine the opposition. So, one day he will answer for his actions.

“It is unimportant for me at whose request Tigran Sargsyan’s resignation occurred. What’s important for us is whether we will achieve the change in [President] Serzh Sargsyan’s rule.

“Foreign powers get involved when a state is weak,” Lyudmila Sargsyan specifically noted.

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan on Thursday offered his resignation to President Serzh Sargsyan, and the President approved the PM’s resignation.
