ETCHMIADZIN. – Following the talk with Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II within the framework of the visit to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, a US congressional delegation paid a visit to the newly built Ecumenical Center of the Mother See.

The delegation, led by Chairman Ed Royce of the House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs, toured the transportable exhibition titled “Holy Etchmiadzin and the Armenian Genocide,” and also participated in a discussion devoted to the state of religious organizations and churches in Turkey, informed the Information Services of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

Subsequently, the guests toured the Mother See museums and the Cathedral.
