A unique solar eclipse is expected to occur on April 29

This solar eclipse is unique in the sense that it will be ring-shaped, during which the Sun resembles a ring of fire.  

Such a solar eclipse occurs when the Moon is at its furthest distance from the Earth. As a result, the Moon cannot completely cover the Sun, as it occurs during a total solar eclipse, EuroSMI news agency reported.    

The sole inconvenience of this unique solar eclipse, however, is that it will be visible only from Antarctica and, for a brief moment, from Australia, too.
