YEREVAN. – Ten points of Armenians' demands on genocide were recognized during a conference that was organized by civil society representatives in Ankara two months ago.
Levent Sensever, representative of Turkey-based Dur De organization, briefed Armenian reporters on the conference.
He said Dur De has established contacts with several organizations of Armenian Diaspora that are already functioning in Turkey.
“Two months ago civil society representatives organized a conference. Ten points from Armenians' demands were discussed. An agreement was reached over the points that expressed all demands of Armenian Diaspora. Our organization admits all the points, and we will do our best to support such an initiative,” he said.
Referring to the content of these items, Semsever said he did not remember exactly, but singled out the right to a nationality, the right to restitution, recognition and apologies.
