YEREVAN. – Armenian parliament will hold a special meeting on Monday evening to form a counting commission, acting Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov said.
Five out of six parliamentary factions – Prosperous Armenia, ANC, ARF Dashnaktsutyun, Heritage and Orinats Yerkir – refused to participate in formation of the counting commission.
However, it will be impossible to elect a speaker without a counting commission.
