Georgia’s Petros Adamian Tbilisi State Armenian Drama Theatre on Tuesday staged a performance in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
Before the start of the theatrical performance, Levon Torgomyan, Adviser to the Armenian Embassy in Georgia, delivered remarks on behalf of Hovhannes Manukyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to Georgia, and read the ambassador’s address.
The theatrical performance, which was devoted to the 99th anniversary of the Genocide, presented to the Armenian and the Georgian audience, alike, the tragic events that occurred in 1915.
Armenian and Georgian spiritual, political, cultural and public figures as well as numerous Georgian Armenians were among the audience.
