YEREVAN. – The fifteenth congress of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) will be convened on May 24.
RPA Executive Body member Ruben Tadevosyan, who is also Chairman of the RPA Organizational Issues Committee, told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In Tadevosyan’s words, the RPA convention delegates will discuss intraparty matters and domestic politics.
“The party chairman will be elected, too,” he added.
In April, President and RPA Chairman Serzh Sargsyan was elected RPA congress delegate.
The last convention of Armenia’s ruling party was held in December 2012.
