YEREVAN. – The new Government of Armenia is more pragmatic than the preceding one, and PM Hovik Abrahamyan is the most suitable figure to the working system.
Political technologist Karen Kocharyan stated the aforementioned at a press conference on Tuesday commenting on the new makeup of the government.
In Kocharyan’s words, if the new government were to raise an issue, it will be resolved.
“When the time comes when the [new] government realizes that it has met an impasse, it will resolve the problem at any cost,” the analyst noted.
According to Karen Kocharyan, the new Cabinet of Ministers in Armenia knows what to do, and how to speak with the oligarch, gas station employee, importer, and exporter, alike.
National Assembly former Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan was appointed PM on April 13, and the new government’s composition was finalized on May 3. Accordingly, nine of the eighteen ministers were changed.
