The “Bridge of Hope” NGO from Armenia, along with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development of the Canadian Province of New Brunswick, was declared winner of the 2013 UNESCO Award for promoting the quality of education for persons with limited mental abilities.
Armenia’s Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan has been invited to the awards ceremony, which will be held on May 26 in Kuwait.
