The French Engineering Institute of Armenia will enroll its first students in Fall 2014, Michel Kevorkian, adviser to the institute’s Development Support Association, told Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

In Kevorkian’s words, the association wants to calculate the cost of the project, and to obtain equipment for the academic laboratories.   

According to him, they plan to provide education to 800 students in the first eight years.

“At the end [of their education], [the students] will undergo compulsory internship in French or Armenian enterprises,” Kevorkian added.  

The French Engineering Institute of Armenia expects to enroll students from Armenia and the rest of Europe.
