YEREVAN. – Armenia’s foreign policy-related decisions are made beyond the country’s borders.  

Opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) bloc National Assembly Faction Secretary Aram Manukyan told the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Manukyan noted the aforesaid reflecting on France President François Hollande’s recent statement that Europe needs to prepare a new EU-Armenia Association Agreement, pursuant to which Armenia’s relations with EU may continue simultaneously with a trade union with Russia. 

“The Armenian authorities do not form the country’s foreign policy agenda since a long time. Armenia is incapable of deciding whether to enter the [Russia-led] Customs Union, or return to the EU Association Agreement,” the opposition MP maintained.
