The government of Nagorno-Karabakh spent $153,241 on lobbying in the United States last year, says the report issued by Sunlight Foundation.
Top ten of foreign governments paying for influence in 2013 includes Georgia and Azerbaijan - $2.3 million each. Neighboring Turkey spent $1.8 million.
The first in the list is UAE with $14.2 million followed by Germany ($12 million) and Canada ($11.2 million).
