YEREVAN. – The Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex, in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan, on Monday has been offered for sale at an auction, and with a starting price of 19,350,100,000 drams (approx. $46,922,028), since it is considered a collateral.

The Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned the aforesaid from the Justice Ministry’s Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Orders website. 

According to the website data, the Sports and Concert Complex’s seven-story building—with a total surface area of 46,335.7 square meters, 50- and 40-square-meter ancillary buildings, pools, 2,800 square-meter stairs, and a 95,595.87-square-meter public construction plot of land—will be auctioned off.  

The deadline is May 29.
