YEREVAN. – The members of Commission on Constitutional Reforms have differences on changes in the system of governance, Constitutional Court president said during public consultations on Tuesday.
 
Gagik Harutyunyan said the Commission has not drawn final conclusions on the system of governance. He recalled that Commission revealed a number of problems solution of which can be inefficient within the current presidential system of government. In this contest, parliamentary system was offered as an alternative.

Gagik Harutyunyan noted that the aim of public consultations is to learn the opinion of society. The Commission will vote as a result of hearings, and on July 1 draft concept paper on constitutional reform in Armenia, updated as a result of public consultations, will be submitted to the president.
