YEREVAN. – Arthur Javadyan has been re-elected as chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia.

As reported by the member of counting commission, MP from the Republican Party of Armenia Sukias Avetisyan, Javadyan has been elected by 77 votes for. 

The ruling party supported his candidacy, while four other factions said they would ignore the vote. Orinats Yerkir for their part said the members are free to vote.
