People’s deputy Vilen Shatvoryan, who is also Chairman of the Union of Armenians of Ukraine, met—in capital city Kyiv—with representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) observation mission, AnalitikaUA.net reported.
During the talk, the interlocutors paid a special attention to the sociopolitical situation, and discussed wide range of issues concerning the Armenian diaspora, national minorities, and human rights.
Shatvoryan noted that, owing to their high level of integration, the Armenians of Ukraine play an active part in the country’s societal life, and they are engaged in virtually all political and state-run domains.
He also spoke about the activities of the Union of Armenians of Ukraine.
