YEREVAN. – There is the impression that the government’s program was a repository of good intentions.
Armenia’s opposition Heritage Party Board Vice-Chairman Armen Martirosyan noted the above-said at a press conference on Thursday.
Martirosyan added that this program is very disappointing, since domain-based assistance programs are dominating in the program yet there are no exact numbers. In his conviction, this is an unclear program.
Heritage’s official also stated that this government cannot implement any reforms, and Armenia needs systemic changes.
“Unless power and business are decoupled in Armenia, it’s impossible to expect any improvement,” the opposition politician stressed.
Armen Martirosyan added that new national elections are the way to achieve systemic changes in Armenia.
