YEREVAN. – The four non-ruling National Assembly (NA) factions (Armenian National Congress, Prosperous Armenia, ARF Dashnaktsutyun, and Heritage) on Thursday held a joint meeting at the NA. 

At the talk, the factions discussed the matter of expressing a single position on the new government program.
After the meeting, ARF Faction Head Armen Rustamyan told reporters that the “parliamentary four” have decided not to participate in the NA voting on the program.

In Rustamyan’s words, none of the aforesaid factions will permit its MPs to vote.   

The new government program will be voted on at the parliament on Thursday.
