YEREVAN. – It is naive to think that there are equal conditions for everyone in Armenia, Minister Davit Harutyunyan told reporters.
His comments came in response to a remark by PM Hovik Abrahamyan that equal conditions are necessary first of all for the circles closed to country's leadership.
“Corruption exists in the most developed countries. The question is to what extent and how rhe fight against it continues,” Harutyunyan emphasized.
Therefore, he added, every draft bill must be studied in terms of corruption risks.
