YEREVAN. – Armenian Minster said his brother, not he, is one of the owners of Air Armenia company.

Davit Harutyunyan, the government Chief of Staff-Minister, dismissed rumors about illegal privatization of the company, adding that it had never been a government-owned company.

“You ask me whether the company was founded by private businessmen. I would say, yes it was. You ask me whether  it is doing business. Yes, it is,” he told reporters on Thursday.

Besides, Harutyunyan dismissed rumors saying he has relation to the Northern Avenue construction and owns one of the buildings.
