YEREVAN. – Armenian Defense Minister said he was not worried much about the incident with his  plane, he told reporters on Monday.

The plane heading from Moscow to Yerevan with Minister Ohanyan on board was forced to make an emergency landing at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport shortly after takeoff.

“We were not worried much. There was an insignificant technical problem. We were in the air for half an hour.  The plane returned to the airport, the problem was fixed, and we came back to Armenia,” he said.

The reason for emergency landing was that an indicator showed a smoke alert in baggage section.
