There is a good platform for progress on the settlement of Karabakh conflict, Turkish FM Ahmet Davutoglu said in Moscow after a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
Davutoglu said the ministers had discussed many issues related to the South Caucasus.
“Our efforts, and we know the efforts of Russia as well, are aimed at speediest resolution of Karabakh conflict and other regional problems. We plan to develop trade and economic relations with the regional states.
As to normalization of Armenian-Turkish and Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, as well as the settlement of Karabakh conflict, we hope that we will take join efforts for solution of these issues,” Davutoglu said during a media conference.
